Victoria Sponge Cake

Send someone a classic teatime treat . Our Traditional Victoria Sponge Cake is made from a light sponge layered with a vanilla buttercream filling and lashings of raspberry jam. Each cake is then lightly dusted with a fine icing sugar and Afternoon Tea embossed sugar disc or it can be personalised with your own edible message on a milk chocolate plaque . Serving between 8 -10 people this makes a great celebration cake.
