Each freshly baked cake is made with light Madeira sponge or rich Chocolate Cake then topped with generous swirls of Belgian Chocolate Ganache or luxuriou Salted Caramel frosting. They are then hand decorated with a variety of indulgent toppings which include White Belgian Chocolate Flakes, Raspberry Crumble, Cappuccino Pearls, Toffee Crunch and Tangy Fruit Purees
