Fruit Collection Cupcakes

A summery assortment of fruity flavoured cupcakes that provide a delicious taste sensation in every bite.

Made with vanilla Genoese sponge, our fruit collection variety box is filled with 2 Eton Mess, 2 Lemon Collection and 2 Berry Collection cupcakes.

Eton Mess - each cupcake centre is filled with Bradfords best selling Strawberry Tart Jelly before being topped with pieces of meringue, strawberry buttons,  blackberry crunch and dried raspberry crumble atop a blend of vanilla frosting and tart jelly for the ultimate fruit fusion.

Lemon Collection - each cupcake is filled with a tangy lemon centre before being topped with either lemon or vanilla frosting and an assortment of lemon flavoured decorations.  Each collection has toppings that include pieces of lemon meringue, lemon filled wafer stick, lemon slices, lemon fudge and lemon crunch.

Berry Collection - each cupcake is filled with a tangy soft Ruby chocolate centre before being topped with either strawberry, blackcurrant or vanilla frosting and an assortment of fruit themed decorations.  Each collection has toppings that include freeze dried raspberry pieces and edible blackberry and blueberry decorations made from fondant icing.  A fragrant blackberry crunch is sprinkled lightly on top.
