Berry Collection Cupcakes

 A berrylicious assortment of cupcakes with a fruit blast in every bite.

Made with a vanilla Genoese sponge, each cupcake is filled with a tangy soft Ruby chocolate centre before being topped with either strawberry, blackcurrant or vanilla frosting and an assortment of fruit themed decorations.  Each collection has toppings that include freeze dried raspberry pieces and edible blackberry and blueberry decorations made from fondant icing.  A fragrant blackberry crunch is sprinkled lightly on top.
